摘要
针对实船通风机尺寸较大、安装较困难的问题,提出一种新型离心通风机结构。通过对叶片、蜗壳和电机等通风机关键部件进行一体化融合设计,大大减小设备的尺寸。数值计算和样机试验结果表明,在对尺寸进行优化的情况下,该新型一体化离心通风机的性能满足使用要求,其结构能很好地解决船用电动离心通风机性能需求与尺寸要求之间的矛盾。
A new centrifugal ventilator structure is proposed, in order to solve the problem of big size and installation difficulty. Through the integration design of key parts like impeller, volute and motor, the size of the machine is largely reduced. The numerical simulation and model machine test results indicate that with the optimized size, the new ventilators performance can meet the requirements of using. The new structure can alleviate the contradiction between performance requirement and size limit well.
