棒磨法制备鳞片状锌铝合金的工艺研究 被引量:1

摘要 为了提高片状锌铝粉的生产水平,本文以球形锌铝合金粉体为原料,采用湿法棒磨的方式制备鳞片状锌铝合金,用激光粒度分析仪、扫描电镜、比表面仪以及遮盖率仪对制备的鳞片状锌铝合金的粒径分布、微观形貌、比表面积以及水面遮盖率进行了表征,研究了磨棒级配、棒磨时间、棒磨机转速、棒磨助剂种类等工艺参数对产品的影响.结果表明,以硬脂酸为棒磨助剂时,棒磨级配中适当增加直径较大的磨棒比例,选择相对较快的棒磨转速(150~200 r/min)和适中的棒磨时间(12~20 h)可获得较好的棒磨效果;由正交实验可知,各因素对产品水面遮盖率的影响顺序为:棒磨时间>棒磨机转速>棒磨级配>棒磨助剂种类;最优水平组合为高分子F作为棒磨助剂,棒磨级配为B组合,棒磨转速150 r/min,棒磨时间16 h。最优水平组合条件下得到的产品片状化程度高且颜色光亮,平均粒径为12.83μm,比表面积为2402.3 cm^2/g,水面遮盖率达到3856 cm^2/g. In order to increase the production level of flaky zinc-aluminum powder,flake zinc aluminum alloy was prepared by wet rod-milling using spherical zinc-aluminum alloy powder as raw material.The particle size distribution,morphology,specific surface area and water surface covering of the prepared flake zinc aluminum alloy were characterized by laser particle size analyzer,scanning electron microscope(SEM),specific surface analyzer and cryptometer.The influences of process parameters such as milling gradation,rod-milling time,rotating speed,and the kind of additives on the rod-milling process were investigated.The results show that the desired results can be achieved by adopting a greater proportion of grinding rods with larger diameter,relatively faster rotating speed(150~200 r/min)and moderate milling time(12~20 h)when stearic acid is used as rod-milling additive.According to the orthogonal test,the influence order of each factor on the water surface coverage ratio of the product is:rod-milling time>rotation speed>rod-milling gradation>additives.The optimum level combination is as follows:polymer F is used as the additive,the gradation of rod-milling is B,the speed of rod-milling is 150 r/min,and the time of rod-milling is 16 h.Under these conditions,the product with good shape and high brightness can be prepared,its average particle size,specific surface area and the water surface coverage ratio of product are12.83μm,2402.3 cm^2/g and 3856 cm^2/g,respectively.
