摘要
S形轨迹竞赛项目是全国大学生工程训练综合能力竞赛的重要项目,比赛要求小车采用三轮结构,仅由标准1kg砝码提供动力,要求砝码下降高度在398~402mm,小车能绕桩以S形轨迹向前行走,最终成绩以小车运行距离和绕桩桩数为准。本研究探索了无碳小车的结构优化创新,主要涉及小车的转向机构、驱动机构、各部分的限位及减小无碳小车的各部分能量损失等。
The S-shaped trajectory competition project is an important project of the National College Students Engineering Training Comprehensive Ability Competition.The game requires the car to adopt a three-wheel structure,which is powered by only the standard 1 kg weight,and the weight lowering height is required to be 398~402 mm,the trolley can walk forward around the pile in an S-shaped trajectory,the final result is based on the distance traveled by the trolley and the number of piles.This study explores the structural optimization and innovation of carbon-free cars,mainly involving the steering mechanism,drive mechanism,limit of each part of the car and reducing the energy loss of various parts of the carbon-free car.
