摘要
本文着眼于从政治哲学的角度去理解现代伦理生活,并指出现代生活的形式的伦理基础必须在共和主义的框架下,伴随着现代生活的法律与公民基础而被理解。一种现代的伦理生活必然能够建构公共权利,同时也不简单地将公民权利从伦理生活中排除出去。本次演讲也将会利用来自欧陆伦理思想的历史资源(黑格尔,康德,卢梭)。
The address focuses on the main theme of a modern ethical life from the perspective of political philosophy. It will be argued that the ethical ground of a modern form of life must be understood under the framework of republicanism,namely,together with its jural and civic grounds. A modern ethical life must be able to comprehend the public right without excluding the civic. Historical resources from the continental ethical thoughts( Hegel,Kant,and Rousseau) and political philosophy will also be included.
