交易额返利率对农民参与度的影响——以贵州省盘州市村级农民专业合作社为例

The Impact of the Return Rate of Transaction Volume on Farmers’ Participation Degree: A Case Study of Village-run Cooperatives in Panzhou City,Guizhou Province

"三变"改革是贵州省村级农民专业合作社推进农村产业结构调整的主要动力,村级农民专业合作社具有土地覆盖面积广、参与人数多、投资数额大等特征。完善收益分配制度是带动农民参与、促进村级农民专业合作社发展、推进"三变"改革的必要前提。交易额返利率是测量收益分配额的主要指标,提升交易额返利率对农民参与度的提高有重要意义。本文通过合作社收益分配模型估计出交易额返利率的最佳取值在52. 6%~89%之间,而案例分析结果显示其交易额返利率为49. 4%,超出模型估计范围,说明此类合作模式存在可改进之处。

Village-level Farmers’ Professional Cooperatives have the characteristics of wide land cover,large number of participants and large amount of investment. The return rate of transaction volume is the main index to measure the distribution of income,and it is also the bridge of mutual benefit between farmers and cooperatives. This paper estimates the best value of the return rate of transaction volume from 52. 6% to 89% through the income distribution model of cooperatives. The result of case analysis shows that the return rate of transaction volume is 49. 4%,which is not within the moderate range estimated by the model. This shows that there are some improvements in this kind of cooperation model. Taking the membership size as the explanatory variable,this paper analyses the influencing factors of the return rate of transaction volume,and further perfects and improves the strategy of income distribution system.
