摘要
为应对突发急性传染病疫情,广东省疾病预防控制中心建立了登革热、禽流感等传染病历年病例数据库,并基于面向服务的架构(SOA),采用组件式开发模式,建立了全省急性传染病防控动态监测系统。该系统实现了传染病病例数据和外环境监测数据实时上图、重点区域辐射区分析、活禽买卖限制区分析、监测点数据采集、时空聚集性分析等功能,探索了可推广的风险评估模式,为急性传染病的预防控制和早期预警提供了有效的决策支持。
In response to the outbreak of acute infectious diseases, Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention has established a database of cases of infectious diseases such as dengue fever and avian influenza. Based on the SOA architecture and component development mode, the Dynamic Monitoring System for Prevention and Control of Acute Infectious Diseases in Guangdong Province has been constructed. It realized the functions of real-time mapping of infectious disease case data and environmental monitoring data, analysis of radiation areas in key areas, analysis of restriction areas of live poultry trade, data collection of monitoring points, analysis of spatio-temporal aggregation, etc., and explored a risk assessment model that can be popularized. It provides effective decision support for prevention, control and early warning of acute infectious diseases.
