摘要
上海市疾病预防控制中心整合市民电子健康档案、接种登记管理信息系统、疫苗物流配送系统等多个系统,完成疫苗全过程追溯管理信息系统的建设。该系统设计覆盖了第一类疫苗和第二类疫苗的采购、供应、仓储、物流和接种等环节,实现了全过程的综合追溯管理。打破疫苗生产企业、物流企业、疾病预防控制中心及接种单位间的壁垒,运用互联网及物联网技术与疫苗行业特点深度结合,以疫苗最小包装追溯码为基础,形成了单支疫苗从生产企业到接种单位,再到受种者的全过程追溯闭环。同时,管理中心可掌握全市每日疫苗供应、配送、接种情况,实现了对每支疫苗的动态监管。
SCDC has integrated public electronic health records, vaccination registration management information system and vaccine logistics distribution system, to build a retrospective management system for the whole process of vaccines. The system covers and realizes the comprehensive traceability management of the whole process on procurement, supply, warehousing, logistics and vaccination of type Ⅰ and type Ⅱ vaccines. It breaks the barriers between vaccine manufacturers, logistics enterprises, disease prevention and control centers and vaccination organizations. By combining the Internet and IoT technology with the characteristics of the vaccine industry, based on the minimum packaging traceability code of vaccines, the whole process of traceability closure of a single vaccine from production enterprises to vaccination organizations to recipients is realized. At the same time, the management center can grasps the daily supply, distribution and vaccination of the city’s vaccine, and can realize the dynamic supervision of each vaccin.
