Discussing the Influencing Factors of Information Security from the Perspective of Organizational Management

针对当前社会较为关注的信息安全问题,探讨信息安全管理的定义内涵,以及当前加强信息安全管理研究和工作的必要性和迫切性。根据文献研究和实际工作经验,将信息安全管理分为技术管理、组织管理两个层面,并从组织管理层面探讨组织网络、政策制度、用户人员等因素对信息安全的影响。着重介绍了利用组织行为学中的MARS模型,探索构建个人信息安全行为的研究模型,为从个人行为角度研究信息安全的影响因素提供参考。

This paper discusses the definition and connotation of information security management,as well as the necessity and urgency of strengthening the research and work of information security management.According to literature research and practical work experience,information security management is divided into two levels:technical management level and organizational management level.The influencing factors of information security are discussed from the organizational management level:organizational network,policies,and user personnel.It focuses on the MARS model in organizational behavior to explore and develop the research model of individual information security behavior,and provides reference and suggestions for studying the influencing factors of information security from the perspective of individual behavior.
