“互联网+”助力县级医院开展分级诊疗的探索

"Internet +" helps county-level hospitals to carry out hierarchical diagnosis and treatment

某县级医院作为全省首批公立医院改革试点单位,在分级诊疗中起着承上启下的纽带作用。在国家政策和制度的引导下,通过构建远程医疗平台、接入医联体、成立县域医共体等方式,积极探索基于"互联网+"的分级诊疗实施路径。对该院当前运行模式进行了探讨,提出了问题及建议,以助力分级诊疗的落地实施。

As the first batch of pilot units of public hospital reform in the province, a county hospital plays a connecting role in hierarchical diagnosis and treatment. Under the guidance of national policies and regulations, with the construction of telemedicine platform, access to medical consortium, and establishment of county medical community, this hospital is actively exploring the implementation path of "Internet +" hierarchical diagnosis and treatment system. This paper discusses the current operation mode of the hospital, puts forward some problems and suggestions, to help the implementation of the hierarchical diagnosis and treatment.
