第三次全国国土调查是一项政策性、技术性、时效性非常强的工作,作为基础国土资源数据,其调查成果质量好坏将直接影响成果的真实性、准确性、权威性,还将影响国家相关政策的制定及生态文明建设、空间规划编制等重大项目的实施,因此必须重视项目资料成果的质量控制。为此,文章通过分析广东省阳江地区“三调”实施过程中存在的质量问题,提出了相应的质量控制措施和解决办法,并阐述了质量检查重点内容及要求。

The Third National Land Survey is a work with a strong policy,technical,and timeliness.As the foundation data of land and resources,the quality of investigation results will directly affect the truthfulness.accuracy and authoritative of results,which can also affect the construction of relevant national policy and the construction of ecological civilization,space planning and other major projects,so full attention must be paid to the quality control of project results data.To this end.this paper puts forward the corresponding quality control measures and solutions,and expounds the key contents and requirements of quality inspection by analyzing the quality problems existing in the implementation of The Third National Land Survey.
