日本“铃木计划”研究及其对中国竞技体育发展的启示

The Study of Japanese Suzuki Plan and Development of Chinese Competitive Sports

竞技体育是一个国家体育发展水平的重要体现。进入新时代后,中国竞技体育的发展战略需要重新思考。日本针对东京奥运会和日本竞技体育的中长期发展,推出了旨在振兴日本竞技体育的“铃木计划”,该计划将对日本竞技体育的发展产生深远影响。采用文献资料调研、比较等研究方法,以“铃木计划”的研究作为切入点,审视中国竞技体育发展面临的挑战,从而探寻新时代中国竞技体育的发展战略。研究认为,新时代中国竞技体育发展体系需要全面的改革和升级。竞技体育的发展模式应该进一步变革。竞技体育发展需要重视战略规划,重构或升级中国竞技体育后备人才培养和挖掘体系,建立国家体育训练中心、国家体育科技中心和体育信息情报研究机构。

Competitive sports is an important embodiment of a country’s sports development level.The development strategy of China’s competitive sports in the new era needs to be rethink.Targeting 2020 Tokyo Olympic Games,Japan launched the“Suzuki Plan”,aiming at revitalizing Japanese competitive sports,which will have a profound impact on mid-long term development of Japanese competitive sports.The article uses the method of literature and comparative to analyze Japanese Suzuki Plan,and discusses the challenges that Chinese competitive sports are confronting,and explores the developmental strategies of Chinese competitive sports in the New Era.The research shows that China's competitive sports development system needs to be comprehensively reformed and upgraded;the development model of competitive sports should be further improved.The development of competitive sports needs to focus on strategic planning,reconstructing or upgrading the system of training and identification of Chinese competitive sports talents,and establishing a national sports training center,a national sports science and technology center and a sports information search institution.
