日本备战2020年东京奥运会羽毛球项目的策略——一项基于访谈的研究

Japan’s Badminton Strategy for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games——A Study Based on Interview

通过对日本羽毛球运动员、教练员、工作人员、裁判员等进行访谈,得出日本羽毛球队2020东京奥运会的备战策略为:适时调整政策,重点发展羽毛球项目;集中运动员训练,聘用国际优秀教练员;构建国内赛事体系,广泛参加国际大赛;建立青训体系,因材施教培养青少年;科技助力竞训,重视技战术数据采集和分析;提高羽毛球项目国民关注度,获得高质量商业赞助。针对以上发展策略,在分析我国体育事业发展背景的基础上,提出了我国羽毛球事业发展的建议:制定具有前瞻性的羽毛球项目发展政策,以适应国家经济和社会的发展;不拘一格降人才,尝试吸纳国外优秀教练员;完善羽毛球赛事体系,推动羽毛球项目持续性发展;推进体教融合,努力完善青训体系;强化科研服务竞训,打造复合型教练团队;着手培养和打造一批明星球员,吸引优质品牌赞助商。

Through interviews with Japanese badminton players,coaches,staff,referees,etc,the strategy of preparing for Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games about Japanese badminton team is obtained as follows:constantly adjust policies,focusing on the development of badminton events;concentrating on athlete training;employment of international excellent coaches;building a domestic competition system,widely participating in international competitions;establishing a youth training system,teaching and training teenagers in accordance with their aptitude;scientific and technological training,attaching importance to technical and tactical data collection and analysis;improving the national attention of badminton events and obtaining high-quality commercial sponsorship.In view of the above development strategies,based on the analysis of the development background of China's sports industry,this paper puts forward some suggestions to the development of China's badminton industry:to formulate a forward-looking development policy of badminton events to adapt to the development of national economy and society;to try to absorb foreign excellent coaches regardless of the qualifications of talents;and to improve badminton competitions,to promote the sustainable development of badminton events,to promote the integration of sports and education,and strive to improve the youth training system;to strengthen scientific research services and training,to create a composite coaching team;to start building star players and attract high-quality brand sponsors.
