摘要
开展4根不同剪跨比的正弦波纹腹板-管翼缘冷弯薄壁钢箱梁受剪性能的试验研究与有限元分析。通过加载试验得到了足尺寸试件的受剪承载力、破坏形态和荷载-位移曲线,并采用有限元软件ABAQUS进行数值模拟。结果表明:正弦波纹腹板-管翼缘冷弯薄壁钢箱梁受剪破坏由螺钉连接强度控制,正弦波纹腹板在连接处出现孔壁承压变形和撕裂两种破坏形态;有限元分析得到的钢箱梁破坏形态与试验破坏形态一致,受剪承载力有限元计算结果与试验结果吻合良好,验证了有限元模型的准确性。
Shear behavior of 4 cold-formed steel box griders with varying shear-to-span ratios,fabricated by sinusoidal corrugated webs and tubular flanges,was experimentally and numerically studied in this paper.Shear tests were carried out to acquire shear resistances,failure modes and load versus displacement curves,and numerical simulations were conducted using finite element(FE)software package ABAQUS.The results show that the failure of tested griders under shear was triggered by the screw connections,which exhibited both bearing and tearing failure modes.The numerically obtained failure modes,together with the predicted shear resistances of the tested box griders agreed well with the test results,and hence the accuracy of the developed FE models was verified afterwards.
