摘要
对使用电磁无心夹具进行套圈磨削时存在的支承划痕进行了摩擦学研究,分析了其产生原因及其影响因素。根据理论分析结果设计了全新结构的两级自调心浮动支承,并通过有限元仿真验证了其原理的可靠性。最终将此无痕支承投入实际生产,取得了良好的效果。
The tribological study is carried out for supporting scratches caused by grinding of rings with electromagnetic centerless fixture,and the causes and influencing factors are analyzed.A two-stage self-aligning floating supporting with a new structure is designed according to theoretical analysis,and reliability of its principles is verified by finite element simulation.Finally,the traceless supporting is put on actual production,and the good effect is achieved.
