穿龈式种植术联合窄直径种植体修复美学区单颗缺失牙

Gingival Implant Combined With Narrow Diameter Implant was Used to Repair Single Missing Tooth in Aesthetic Area

目的:分析穿龈式种植术联合窄直径种植体对行早期美学修复缺牙区患者的影响。方法:选取2016年1月-2018年1月在笔者医院行种植体修复的98例患者,植入种植体共98枚,随机数字表法分成两组。对照组:49例,行一段式小直径种植体修复;观察组:49例,行窄直径种植体联合穿龈式种植术,两组患者术后随访6个月,观察患者术后软组织美学、牙冠修复、种植体稳定性状况和患者满意度。结果:观察组患者术后1个月ISQ值高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后1、3、6个月,观察组PES、WES及VAS评分明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:前牙缺失患者行穿龈式种植术联合窄直径种植体治疗,术后患者软组织美学及牙冠修复效果理想,满意度更高。

Objective To analyze the effect of perforating implant combined with narrow-diameter implants on patients with early aesthetic restoration of edentulous area.Methods 98 patients with implant restorations were enrolled in our hospital from January 2016 to January 2018,and 98 implants were implanted.The random number table method was divided into 2 groups,and the control group(49 cases)was treated with one-stage small diameter planting.Body repair,observation group(n=49)with narrow-diameter implants combined with perforating implants,two groups of patients were followed up for 6 months,observe postoperative soft tissue aesthetics,crown restoration,implant stability and patient satisfaction degree.Results The ISQ value of the observation group was higher than that of the control group in the first month after operation(P<0.05).The scores of PES,WES and VAS in the observation group were significantly higher than those in the control group at 1,3,and 6 months after operation(P<0.05).Conclusion Patients with anterior teeth loss undergoing perforated implantation combined with narrow-diameter implants have better postoperative soft tissue aesthetics and crown restoration,and have higher satisfaction.
