成纤维细胞生长因子-5对毛囊周期的调控作用研究进展 被引量:5

摘要 毛囊是皮肤重要的附属器官,是毛发形成和生长的基础。毛囊具有周期性生长的特点,每个毛囊周期包括生长期、退行期和休止期。毛囊周期由多种信号控制,成纤维细胞生长因子(Fibroblast Growth Factors,FGFs)家族的多个成员在毛囊周期调节中起至关重要的作用,其中FGF5在毛囊周期的生长末期高表达,是结束毛囊生长期,推动其进入退行期的重要因子,抑制FGF5的基因表达或拮抗其活性能够阻止毛囊进入退行期,延长毛囊生长期,起到促进毛发生长和防止脱发的作用,因此,FGF5已成为育发防脱的重要靶标。 Hair follicles form an important feature of the skin and are the basis for hair formation and growth.They are characterized by periodic growth,and each follicular cycle consists of the growth phase,regression phase,and ambiguous phase.A variety of signaling molecules are known to regulate the growth of hair follicles.Among these,members of the Fibroblast Growth Factors(FGFs)family play a crucial role,in particular,FGF5,which is highly expressed at the end of the growth phase,promoting the entry of the hair follicle into the regression phase.Thus,inhibiting the expression of FGF5 or antagonizing its activity can prevent the hair follicles from entering the regression phase,prolonging the growth phase,and consequently promoting hair growth and preventing hair loss.This review focuses on the regulation of hair follicle cycle by FGF5.
