摘要
以γ-(甲基丙烯酰氧)丙基三甲氧基硅烷、六甲基硅氧烷、正硅酸乙酯等为原料,在酸性条件下,通过水解缩合制得无色、无味、透明、可紫外光固化的液态MTQ硅树脂.控制T/Q的量之比为1/3,考察了不同M/T+Q值、水解时间、缩合时间对产物性能的影响,通过红外光谱、核磁共振、热重分析、紫外分光光度计及拉伸测试等对其进行表征.结果表明,当M/T+Q=1,水解时间为50 min,缩合时间为7 h时,硅树脂有较高的转化率、良好的耐热性及透光率.此外,制备的液态MTQ硅树脂光固化后,具有较高的拉伸强度及硬度.
The UV-curable MTQ silicone resins was synthesized by hydrolysis copolymerization under acidic conditions with hexamethyldisiloxane,γ-( methacryloyloxy) propyltrimethoxy-silane and tetraethyl orthosilicate as the raw materials. The obtained resin was characterized by IR,NMR,thermogravimetric analysis and UV-Vis spectroscopy. The M/T+Q values are used to discuss the structure of silicone. When the molar ratio of T chain unit to Q chain unit( T/Q) is controlled as 1 ∶3,the effects of different M/T + Q values hydrolysis time and condensation time on the product were investigated. It is found that with M/T+Q value of1,hydrolyzed for 50 min and condensed for 7 h,the MTQ silicone resin has a higher conversion rate,good heat resistance and light transmittance. Moreover,the prepared MTQ silicone resin has high tensile strength and hardness after photo-curing.
