基于IAHP的电力系统暂态振荡评估

摘要 暂态振荡是电能质量扰动事件之一,为了对暂态振荡的严重程度进行合理的评价,提出一种基于区间层次分析法(IAHP)的暂态振荡评估方法。该方法首先建立振荡扰动评估的指标体系,对各指标进行层次划分,依据专家经验对各指标进行比较以确定区间权重;其次引入区间理论中的可能度排序法将各指标的区间权重转化为综合权重,避免了单个指标综合得分区间数向两边发散的问题;最后运用健康指数,确定振荡严重程度的综合得分和等级。对某配电系统中产生的暂态振荡进行验证分析,结果表明所提评估方法有效可行,比传统方法更加合理可靠。 Transient oscillation is one of the disturbance events of power quality.An evaluation method of transient oscillation based on interval analytic hierarchy process(IAHP)is proposed for a reasonable evaluation of the severity of transient oscillation.Firstly,the paper establishes an index system for oscillating disturbance evaluation and hierarchically classifies each index,compares the indicators with expert experience to obtain interval weights;Secondly,in order to avoid the problem that the number of integrated scores of a single index diverges to both sides,the possibility ranking method in the interval theory is introduced to convert the interval weights of each index into comprehensive weights;Finally,the health index theory is used to determine the severity level and score of the oscillation.The verification analysis of the transient oscillations generated in a power distribution system shows that the proposed evaluation method is effective and feasible,and more reasonable and reliable than the traditional method.
