摘要
铸造工艺设计中的冒口计算常用的两种设计方法是比例法及模数法。使用比例法设计冒口时,求解热节圆直径是关键步骤。本文主要介绍几种常见的热节形状的快速计算方法。
Proportional method and modulus method are two commonly used methods for riser calculation in casting process design.Solving the diameter of hot spot circle is the key step in riser design by proportional method.This paper mainly introduces several common fast calculation methods of hot spot shape.
