摘要
通过优化球墨铸铁金相试样在预磨、磨光、抛光、侵蚀等制备过程中的制备方法,将更加清晰观察球墨铸铁的金相组织结构。在与传统制备球墨铸铁金相试样相比,强化了细节,制定了标准。经过实验总结,提出可快速稳定制备球墨铸铁金相试样的方法,大大提升了球墨铸铁金相试样制备的质量和效率。
By optimizing the preparation methods of nodular cast iron metallographic specimens in the process of pre-grinding,polishing and erosion,the metallographic structure of nodular cast iron will be observed more clearly.Compared with the traditional metallographic specimens of nodular cast iron,the details were strengthened and the standard was established.Based on the experimental summary,a rapid and stable method for preparing nodular cast iron metallographic specimens is proposed,which greatly improves the quality and efficiency of the preparation of nodular cast iron metallographic specimens.
