摘要
针对复杂通风网络系统通风阻力大、阻力分布不合理、风机工况位于非稳定工作区间等问题,在不改变矿井通风方式的条件下,结合风网解算等方法对内部系统增加合理的回风联巷,封闭不合理的老旧巷道等,对内部风网进行改造。并通过各项指标对风网优化做出评判,选择最佳的优化方案。本文以某矿复杂通风网络系统为例进行分析研究。
In view of the problems of large ventilation resistance,unreasonable distribution of resistance and unstable working area of fan working condition in complex ventilation network system,under the condition of unchanged mine ventilation mode,combined with the method of wind network calculation,reasonable return air joint lane is added to the internal system,unreasonable old lane is closed,and internal wind network is renovated.Through various indicators,the wind network optimization is judged and the best optimization scheme is selected.This paper takes the complex ventilation network system of a mine as an example for analysis and research.
