摘要
通过对汉钢公司2号单高线生产的SWRH82BΦ12.5 mm钢材的轧制情况进行跟踪研究,发现其钢材的金相组织存在网状渗碳体,级别基本在4.0级,存在心部马氏体,级别基本在1.5级。针对存在的有害组织,分别对Mn、Cr等元素的成分偏析控制、调整和优化轧制工艺控制,有效地改善了网状渗碳体及心部马氏体的产生,提高SWRH82B盘条质量。
The rolling condition of SWRH82 BΦ12.5 mm steel produced by Han Steel Company No. 2 single high line is studied. It is found that the metallographic structure of the steel has reticular cementite, which is basically at level 4.0, and the martensite of the heart is basically at level 1.5. According to the existence of harmful tissues, the components of Mn, Cr and other elements are controlled, adjusted and optimized for rolling process control, which effectively improves the production of reticulated carburitic bodies and cardiac martensite, and improves the quality of SWRH82 B discs.
