摘要
简要介绍了立式板坯连铸机的生产工艺,分析了板坯数据动态跟踪原理。主要阐述了立式板坯连铸机托辊传动系统由6SE70改造为S120变频器的系统构成、调试内容、主要参数和应用效果。
The production process of vertical slab caster is briefly introduced,and the principle of slab data dynamic tracking is analyzed.The structure,debugging contents,main parameters and application effect of the roller drive system of vertical slab caster transformed from 6SE70 to S120 frequency converter are described.
