摘要
针对某矿的实际井下地质状态,提出了一种基于复杂工作面的高效综采技术方案,在综采作业的过程中边作业边安装刮板输送机和液压支架,在作业后期边撤出液压支架、刮板输送机边开采,同时在端头巷道进行放煤,优化了复杂地质条件下的综采技术方案。通过在某矿的实际应用表明该方案能够极大地提升复杂地质条件下的煤炭出采率,在提升了综采作业安全性的前提下提升了综采作业效率。
In view of the actual underground geological condition of a mine,a high-efficiency fully mechanized mining technology scheme based on complex working face is put forward.In the process of fully mechanized mining,scraper conveyor and hydraulic support are installed while working,and hydraulic support and scraper conveyor are withdrawn while mining at the end of the operation.At the same time,coal caving is carried out in the end roadway.The technical scheme of fully mechanized mining under complex geological conditions was optimized.The practical application in a mine shows that the scheme can greatly improve the coal recovery rate under complex geological conditions and improve the efficiency of fully mechanized mining operation on the premise of improving the safety of fully mechanized mining operation.
