综采工作面刮板输送机过载保护的实现

Realization of Overload Protection of Scraper Conveyor in Fully Mechanized Mining Face

针对刮板输送机在实际生产中受到冲击或过载情况时降低系统稳定性和可靠性的情况,提出在刮板输送机输出轴和连接零件之间加设胀紧连接套的措施,并通过试验得出较好的过载保护效果。

Aiming at reducing the stability and reliability of scraper conveyor when it is impacted or overloaded in actual production,this paper puts forward the measures of adding expansion and tightening connection sleeve between the output shaft and connecting parts of scraper conveyor,and obtains better overload protection effect through experiments.
