摘要
为了确保带式输送机在过载工况下运行时降低对设备及相关传动部件的损坏,将液力耦合器应用于带式输送机的驱动系统中,并详细阐述了液力耦合器在输送带过载保护中的应用机理和选型原则,为实现电机与减速器之间的非刚性连接,减少了传动部件之间的磨损提供了扎实了理论基础,并在实践生产中取得了良好的效果。
In order to ensure that the damage to equipment and related transmission components is reduced when the belt conveyor runs under overload condition,the hydraulic coupler is applied to the drive system of the belt conveyor,and the application mechanism and selection principle of the hydraulic coupler in the overload protection of the belt are elaborated in detail,in order to realize the non-rigid connection between the motor and the reducer and reduce the transmission components.The wear between them provides a solid theoretical basis and achieves good results in practical production.
