薄规格产品生产是制约莱钢1500 mm宽带生产线发展的瓶颈,针对薄规格产品生产的难点,从影响薄规格产品轧制的因素分析,积极对工艺进行了改进,成功开发了钢种Q345B,厚度1.6 mm规格的低合金高强钢。

The production of thin specification products is the bottleneck restricting the development of 1500 mm broadband production line of Laigang.In view of the difficulties in the production of thin specification products,the low alloy high strength steel with steel Q345B and thickness 1.6 mm specification has been successfully developed from the analysis of the factors affecting the rolling of thin specification products.
