摘要
学习效能是自我效能在学业领域中的表现,是反映学生学习质量和学习过程体验的要素,是衡量学校教学质量高低的一项重要指标。以素养培育为导向的高中生学习效能提升路径研究,聚焦核心素养中的“学会学习,自主发展”,以教学转型为载体,以动力机制为保障,以综合评价为支撑,形成常态运行路径,增强学生发展的自觉性,培育学生的创造性学习力,促进教学提质增效和学校高质量发展,培养适应学习型社会需要的自主发展学习者。
Learning effi ciency is the performance of self-effi ciency in the academic fi eld,the element of refl ecting students’learning quality and process experiencing,and an important index of measuring the quality of school education.The current research on approaches to improving senior middle school students’learning effi ciency,which is oriented towards students’accomplishments,focuses on“learning to learn and autonomous development”in core accomplishments.Meanwhile,our school takes the teaching transformation as the carrier,the dynamic mechanism as the guarantee,and the comprehensive evaluation as the support,having formed the normal operating paths,strengthened students’awareness of development,cultivated their creative learning ability,and promoted teaching quality and efficiency and school quality development,so that learners of autonomous development can be cultivated to adapt to the need of learning-oriented society.
