摘要
教师需要阅读,阅读才能丰厚教师的底蕴,做一位学习型教师更加离不开阅读。要让教师通过阅读促进自身内涵发展,就需要在主观上引起教师对阅读的认可和向往,借助学校读书项目的具体活动措施,让教师体会到阅读带给一线工作的积极帮助和带给教师自身发展的良好推动作用,从而激发阅读的内驱力,构建阅读共同体,在阅读中共同成长和提升,最终实现教师提升和学校发展的双赢。
Teachers need to read and reading can enrich their details,and learning-style teachers are more inseparable from reading.To help teachers improve their connotative development through reading,teachers must subjectively recognize and yearn for reading.By using the concrete measures of school reading programs,teachers may realize that reading can bring positive help to the frontline teachers,which can promote teachers’self-development in a good manner,so that teachers’internal driving force of reading can be triggered and their reading community can be constructed.Eventually,all teachers can grow and improve themselves together in reading and achieve a win-win situation of teacher promotion and school development.
