中国沿海地区典型滨海湿地绿色发展效应评价研究

The Evaluation of Green Development Effect of Typical Coastal Wetlands in China’s Coastal Areas

本文提出了滨海湿地绿色发展效应,首先从经济增长绿化度、资源环境承载力、政府政策支持度三个方面构建了滨海湿地绿色发展指标体系,然后采用模糊层次分析法与灰色聚类方法,对中国沿海地区典型滨海湿地中的黄河三角洲滨海湿地2018年的绿色发展效应进行评价。进而采用定基发展指数测算了黄河三角洲2012—2018年的绿色发展综合指数。结果显示黄河三角洲滨海湿地绿色发展趋势呈现上升态势。最后针对目前滨海湿地存在的一些问题提出了有针对性的政策建议。

This paper proposes the green development effect of coastal wetlands.Firstly,the green development index system of coastal wetlands is constructed from three aspects:greening degree of economic growth,carrying capacity of resources and environment,and support degree of government policies.Then the paper adopts fuzzy analytic hierarchy process and grey clustering method to evaluate the green development effect of the Yellow River delta coastal wetlands in the typical coastal wetlands in China's coastal areas in 2018.Furthermore,the fixed-base development index is used to calculate the green development comprehensive index of the Yellow River delta from 2012 to 2018.The results show that the green development trend of coastal wetland in the Yellow River delta is on the rise.Finally,some policy suggestions are put forward for the existing problems of coastal wetlands.
