摘要
动脉粥样硬化(As)是多种心血管疾病的病理学基础,发病机制复杂且目前尚未完全阐明。肝脏因子与心血管疾病的发生、发展有一定关联,胎球蛋白A(FA)即为其中一种。FA在人体正常生理和病理生理过程中发挥多种作用,因此,血清FA水平与脂质紊乱、糖尿病和心血管疾病等疾病的发生密切相关。FA可能通过诱导胰岛素抵抗、抑制血管钙化及促进血管内皮细胞炎症反应等多种机制对As的发生发展发挥双向作用,早期促进As的发病,而晚期则可能在As发展中起保护作用。
Atherosclerosis(As)is the pathological basis of many cardiovascular diseases,and its pathogenesis is complex and has not yet been fully elucidated.Hepatokines are associated with the occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases,and fetuin-A(FA)is one of them.FA plays a variety of roles in the normal physiological and pathophysiological processes in the human body.Therefore,serum FA levels are closely related to the occurrence of many diseases such as lipid disorders,diabetes and cardiovascular diseases.FA may play a two-way role in the development of As,which promotes the onset of As in the early stage,and may play a protective role in the development of As in the late stage,by inducing insulin resistance,inhibiting vascular calcification and promoting vascular endothelial cell inflammation response.
