摘要 线粒体可以为各种生物的活动代谢提供能量,线粒体DNA(mtDNA)作为它的基因组成,同核DNA一样,也发挥着重要的作用。循环mtDNA作为一种危险相关分子模式,在自身免疫、癌症和创伤等疾病中受到越来越多的关注。mtDNA能够激活Toll样受体9,进而通过激活髓样分化蛋白88激活促分裂原活化的蛋白激酶、核因子κB、干扰素调节因子7等,诱导宿主固有免疫应答,抵抗外来的病原微生物,从而维持机体自身的稳态平衡。了解这些分子机制可以为相应的疾病提供一定的治疗方向。 Mitochondria can provide energy for metabolism of various biological activities,and mitochondrial DNA(mtDNA)as its genetic makeup,like nuclear DNA,also plays an important role.Circulating mtDNA,which as a damage-associated molecular pattern,has achieved more and more attention in diseases such as autoimmune diseases,cancer and trauma.mtDNA can activate the Toll-like receptor 9,and next activate myeloid differentiation factor 88,then mitogen activated protein kinase,nuclear factorκB interferon regulatory factor 7 and other factors,to induce the host′s innate immune response to resist foreign pathogenic microorganisms,maintaining the body′s homeostasis.Understanding these molecular mechanisms can provide certain therapeutic directions for associated diseases.
