摘要
单纯性肥胖病作为威胁大众健康的公共卫生问题之一,其造成机体能量代谢紊乱的机制尚未十分清晰。目前,对单纯性肥胖病病因的研究已经逐渐深入到相关分子机制、遗传因素及基因分析方面。而位于人体肠道内的微生物群体,其代谢途径的紊乱会影响宿主的肥胖和代谢,肠道菌群与单纯性肥胖病相关性的发现为研究中医药治疗单纯性肥胖病的作用机制及寻找新靶点提供思路,如脾失运化是导致肥胖的关键病因之一。未来,可从肠道菌群的角度研究脾失运化的机制,通过调节脾胃功能来促进肠道微生态系统的平衡,从而减轻肥胖。
Simple obesity is one of the public health problems that threaten people’s health,and the mechanism of the disorder of energy metabolism in the body is not completely clear. Currently,the research on the etiology of simple obesity has gradually deepened into relevant molecular mechanisms,genetic factors and genetic analysis. The disorder of metabolic pathway of microflora in human intestinal tract affects the obesity and metabolism of host. Discovery of the relationship between intestinal flora and simple obesity,has provided a way to study the mechanism of Chinese medicine treatment of simple obesity and find new targetse. g. spleen dysfunction is one of the key causes of obesity. In the future,the mechanism of spleen dysfunction can be studied from the perspective of intestinal flora,and the balance of the intestinal micro-ecological system can be promoted by regulating the function of the spleen and stomach,so as to reduce obesity.
