虚拟现实技术结合康复训练对帕金森病患者平衡功能的影响 被引量:13

Effect of Virtual Reality Technology Combined with Rehabilitation Training on Balance Function of Patients with Parkinson’s Disease

摘要 目的观察虚拟现实技术结合康复训练对帕金森病患者平衡功能的影响。方法选取2017年10月至2018年10月在天津市环湖医院进行诊治的40例帕金森病患者为研究对象,依据随机数字法分为对照组和观察组,每组20例。对照组患者给予常规康复训练,观察组患者给予常规康复训练结合虚拟现实技术的综合训练,两组均持续治疗8周。分别于训练前后采用Berg平衡量表(BBS)、稳定极限(LOS)、计时起立-行走测试(TUGT)、39项帕金森病生活质量量表(PDQ-39)、锻炼时间进行评价。结果训练前两组患者BBS评分、LOS、TUGT、PDQ-39评分、锻炼时间比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。训练后两组BBS、LOS、锻炼时间均高于训练前,且观察组高于对照组(P<0.05);训练后两组患者TUGT、PDQ-39低于训练前,且观察组低于对照组(P<0.05)。两组各指标组间、时点间、组间和时点间交互作用比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论虚拟现实技术结合常规康复训练更能有效地改善患者平衡功能,提高患者主动性。 Objective To analyze the clinical effectiveness of rehabilitation with virtual reality technology on the balance ability of patients with Parkinson’s disease.Methods Forty patients with Parkinson’s disease treated in Tianjin Huanhu Hospital from Oct.2017 to Oct.2018 were included in the study,and divided into a control group and an observation group according to the random number method,20 cases each.The control group was treated by routine rehabilitation,and the observation group was treated by routine rehabilitation combined with virtual reality training,both groups for eight weeks.They were assessed with Berg balance scale(BBS),limit-of-stability(LOS),timed up and go test(TUGT),the Parkinson’s disease questionnaire-39(PDQ-39)and exercise time before and after rehabilitation.Results The scores of BBS,LOS,TUGT,PDQ-39 and exercise time of the two groups were not statistically significant before training(P>0.05).After training,the scores of BBS,LOS,and exercise time of both groups were higher than before training,the observation group higher than the control group(P<0.05).TUGT and PDQ-39 of both groups after training were lower before training,the observation group lower than the control group(P<0.05).There were significant differences in different indexes between groups,time points and interactions of groups and time points(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of rehabilitation and virtual reality technology is more effective than routine rehabilitation on improving the balance in patients with Parkinson’s disease,and can improve their initiative.
