摘要 尽管骨折固定替代物和愈合的辅助手段取得了进展,但股骨干骨不连仍然是一个重要的临床问题,也是外科医生的治疗困境,具有较高的发病率。治疗方案应根据患者和骨折特点进行个体化,根据骨不连的类型,选择适当的治疗方案,实现矫正畸形、优化肌肉力量和康复,使患者能够在最短时间恢复。本文将对无菌性股骨干骨不连治疗方式作系统综述。 Despite progress in surgical techniques,replacements for fracture fixation,and auxiliary means of healing,femoral shaft nonunion is still an important clinical problem,as well as a treatment dilemma for surgeon with high morbidity.The treatment plan should be individualized according to the characteristics of patient and fracture.According to the type of nonunion,choose the appropriate treatment plan to achieve the purpose of correcting deformity,optimizing muscle strength and rehabilitation,so that patients can recover to the best in the shortest time.This article will systematically review the treatment of femoral shaft aseptic nonunion.
