硫化矿诱发炸药自爆的灾害演化网络模型 被引量:1

摘要 高硫矿床开采中的炸药自爆是硫化矿山生产中可能面临的典型灾害之一。基于灾害演化网络分析理论,从硫化矿山炸药自爆事故灾害系统中的事故隐患和事故隐患灾害演化链出发,对事故隐患的节点出入度、灾害演化链进行分析,并提出断链控制。结果表明:集中链和循环链是硫化矿山炸药自爆事故灾害中的关键演化链;炮孔温度超过爆燃点、炸药与矿石快速反应、安全管理制度不完善为系统中的重要隐患;断链控制重点为炸药的选型、爆破作业环境调查以及安全管理制度完善。 Spontaneous detonation of explosives is one of typical disasters during the mining of sulfur-rich mine deposits.Based on the theory of disaster evolution network analysis,starting from the hidden accidents in the blasting system of explosives in the mining of sulfide mines,the node intrusion degree and disaster evolution chain of hidden accidents are analyzed,and the chain breaking control is proposed.The results show that the concentrated chain and the cyclic chain are the key evolutionary chains in the explosion accident of sulphide mineral explosives;the explosive hole temperature of explosives exceeding the deflagration point,the rapid reaction between explosives and ore and the imperfect safety management system are important hidden troubles in the system;broken chain control focuses on the selection of explosives,blasting environment investigations and perfecting safety management systems.
