酸气注入泄漏扩散模拟与应急处置

摘要 针对国内某油田拟建设的国内首个酸气注入工程进行酸气回注管道泄漏扩散模拟,研究了不同泄漏口径、大气稳定度、风速条件、泄漏时间等对酸气在纵向和横向条件下的扩散距离影响,制定了应对酸气管道泄漏的紧急关断和放空燃烧措施,提出了应急处置措施,划分了泄漏应急响应区,可为首个酸气回注工程设计提供安全部署指导。 Aiming at the first acid gas injection project to be built in an oil field in China,the leakage and diffusion simulation of acid gas reinjection pipeline is carried out and the effects of different leakage caliber,atmospheric stability,wind speed condition and leakage time on the diffusion distance of acid gas under vertical and horizontal conditions are studied.Emergency shutdown and exhaust combustion measures to deal with acid gas pipeline leakage are formulated,emergency disposal measures are put forward and leakage emergency response areas are divided,which can provide safety deployment guidance for the first acid gas injection engineering design.
