摘要 近年来,我国天然气长输管道泄漏事故时有发生,高后果区生产运行风险增大,本文依据《管道高后果区识别与风险评价手册》等相关标准,在分析天然气长输管道高后果区影响因素基础上,建立高后果区风险评价指标体系,构建了基于模糊综合评价的高后果区分级模型,并以重庆气矿某长输管道高后果区为例进行了实证研究。 In recent years,leakage accidents of long-distance natural gas pipelines have occurred frequently in China,and the risk of production and operation in high-consequence areas has increased.Based on the relevant standards such as“Handbook for Identifying and Risk Assessment of High-consequence Areas of Pipelines”,a risk evaluation index system for high-consequence areas of long-distance natural gas pipelines is established on the basis of analyzing the influencing factors of high-consequence,a high consequence classification model based on fuzzy comprehensive evaluation is constructed,and also one high consequence area of a long-distance pipeline in Chongqing Gas Mine is taken as an example to carry out an empirical study.
