摘要
目的:优选意大利牛舌草抗炎活性部位的提取工艺。方法:采用单因素与正交试验设计法,以总黄酮与总多酚为指标综合评价意大利牛舌草优选提取工艺参数;建立角叉菜胶致大鼠足趾炎症模型,以足趾肿胀度为指标,评价提取物的抗炎药理活性。结果:优化的提取工艺为25倍量70%乙醇,95℃加热回流提取1.5小时,提取2次;药效评价证实2.52 g/kg给药剂量的70%乙醇提取物具有抑制大鼠足趾肿胀的作用。结论:优选的意大利牛舌草抗炎活性部位的提取工艺稳定、可行。
Objective: To optimize the extraction process of anti-inflammatory active part of Italian Niushecao(Anchusa italica Retz). Methods: Single-factor orthogonal design was adopted to optimize the parameters of extraction process of Italian Niushecao comprehensively using total flavonoids and total polyphenols as the indexes;After establishing carrageenin-induced rat model with toe inflammation, anti-inflammatory pharmacological activity of the extract was assessed by taking toe swelling degrees as the index. Results: The optimal extraction process was25 times of 70% ethanol, heating to 95℃, reflux and extracting for 1.5 hour, extracting twice;efficacy evaluation proved that 2.52 g/kg administration dose of 70% ethanol extract could inhibit toe swelling of the rats. Conclusion:The optimized extraction process of anti-inflammatory active part of Italian Niushecao is stable and feasible.
