摘要
通过研究《叶天士医学全书》中叶天士对苇茎汤的应用,探讨叶天士对所创苇茎汤的继承和创新,指出叶天士打破苇茎汤"逐瘀排脓"的常规,强调其"行气活血"的作用,扩展了苇茎汤的应用范围。
By studying Ye Tianshi′ s application of Weijing decoction in Ye Tianshi Medical Book, Ye Tianshi′s inheritance and innovation of Weijing decoction are discussed, it is pointed out that Ye Tianshi emphasizes the effects of ″ promoting Qi circulation and blood circulation″ and expands the application range of Weijing decoction by breaking the routine that Weijing decoction is used to ″remove blood stasis and discharge pus″.
