摘要
目的:探讨丹参多酚酸盐联合布地奈德对慢性阻塞性肺疾病(chronic obstructive pulmonary diseaes,COPD)急性加重期氧化应激的影响。方法:将慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性加重期患者200例随机分为4组各50例,对照组(A组)给予常规治疗;布地奈德组(B组)在常规治疗基础上吸入布地奈德混悬液,8 mg/d;丹参多酚酸盐组(C组)在常规治疗基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐200 mg静脉滴注,1次/d;丹参多酚酸盐联合布地奈德组(D组)在常规治疗基础上加用丹参多酚酸盐200 mg静脉滴注,1次/d,吸入布地奈德混悬液,8 mg/d。治疗10天后观察各组患者血清丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及谷胱甘肽过氧化酯(GSH-Px)变化情况。结果:B、C、D组患者血清中MDA含量低于A组(P<0.05),GSH-Px、SOD含量高于A组(P<0.05),其中D组最明显(P<0.01)。结论:丹参多酚酸盐联合布地奈德能降低COPD急性加重期患者MDA水平,提高GSH-Px、SOD含量。
Objective: To discuss the effects of salvianolic acid salt combined with budesonide on oxidative stress in acute exacerbation chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(AECOPD). Methods: All 200 patients were randomized into four groups, 50 cases each group, the control group(A) accepted conventional therapy;budesonide group(B) inhaled budesonide suspension based on conventional therapy, 8 mg each day;salvianolic acid salt group(C)accepted intravenous dripping of salvianolic acid salt based on conventional therapy, 200 mg, once each day;and the combination group(D) intravenous dripping of salvianolic acid salt based on conventional therapy, 200 mg, once each day, the inhalation of budesonide suspension, 8 mg each day. The changes of GSH-Px, SOD and MDA of the patients in different groups were observed after treating for ten days. Results: MDA contents of B, C and D were lower than these of A(P<0.05), while GSH-Px and SOD contents higher than these of A(P<0.05), among them,especially D notable(P<0.01). Conclusion: Salvianolic acid salt combined with budesonide could decrease the levels of MDA, raise the contents of GSH-Px and SOD in AECOPD patients.
