滋肾养肝润目汤联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗角结膜干燥症临床疗效

Clinical Effects of Kidney, Liver and Eye Nourishing Decoction Combined with Sodium Hyaluronate Eye Drops in the Treatment for Xeroma

目的:观察滋肾养肝润目汤联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液治疗角结膜干燥症的临床疗效。方法:将角结膜干燥症患者120例按就诊顺序分为观察组和对照组各60例,对照组给予玻璃酸钠滴眼,观察组在此基础上加用滋肾养肝润目汤,1周1个疗程,治疗4个疗程后观察2组患者泪液分泌量、泪膜破裂时间、角膜荧光染色评分、泪液中肿瘤坏死因子α(TNF-α)及白细胞介素6(IL-6)水平,同时判定临床疗效。结果:治疗后观察组患者泪液TNF-α及IL-6水平均较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后观察组泪膜破裂时间和泪液分泌量大于对照组,角膜荧光素染色评分小于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组与对照组总有效率分别为95.0%和75.0%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(χ~2=4.79,P<0.05)。结论:滋肾养肝润目汤联合玻璃酸钠滴眼液可有效缓解角结膜干燥症患者眼部炎症,增加泪液分泌量,延长泪膜破裂时间,改善角膜荧光素染色评分,疗效优于单纯玻璃酸钠滴眼治疗。

Objective: To survey clinical effects of kidney, liver and eye nourishing decoction joined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment for xeroma. Methods: A total of 120 patients were allocated to the observation group and the control group randomly according to the visiting order, 60 cases each group, the control group were administered with sodium hyaluronate eye drops, and the observation group took kidney, liver and eye nourishing decoction, one week was a course, to observe lacrimal secretion volume, tear film breakup time, corneal fluorescence staining score and the levels of TNF-α and IL-6 after four courses, and assess clinical effects. Results: The levels of TNF-α and IL-6 in the observation group were lower than these of the control group after treating, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). The observation group was larger than the control group in tear film breakup time and lacrimal secretion volume after treating, smaller than the control group in corneal fluorescence staining score, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). Total effective rates of the observation group and the control group were 95.0% and 75.0%, and the difference showed statistical meaning( χ~2=4.79, P<0.05). Conclusion:Kidney, liver and eye nourishing decoction joined with sodium hyaluronate eye drops in the treatment for xeroma could effectively relieve eye inflammation, raise lacrimal secretion volume, prolong tear film breakup time, improve corneal fluorescence staining score and its effects are superior to these of single Western medicine.
