通元针法治疗原发性失眠临床观察

Clinical Observation on Treating Primary Insomnia by Tongyuan Needling

目的:观察通元针法治疗原发性失眠的临床疗效。方法:将原发性失眠患者50例随机分为治疗组和对照组各25例,治疗组以通元针法治疗,选穴以百会、心俞、膈俞、天枢为主穴,配穴取背俞穴、气海、关元、归来;对照组以常规针刺法治疗,选取四神聪、三阴交等穴。2组均每日治疗1次,每周治疗5次,治疗4周后观察患者睡眠质量改善有效率、匹兹堡睡眠质量指数量表(PSQI)评分情况。结果:治疗后治疗组和对照组患者睡眠质量改善有效率、匹兹堡睡眠治疗指数总评分分别为80.0%、(7.14±0.66)分与76.0%、(8.27±0.63)分,2组比较差异均无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3个月后随访2组患者睡眠质量改善情况,2组比较差异具有统计学意义(Z=2.094,P<0.05)。结论:通元针法能够提高失眠患者远期睡眠质量,降低匹兹堡睡眠质量指数评分。

Objective: To survey curative effects of Tongyuan needling in the treatment for primary insomnia.Methods: Fifty patients were randomly allocated to the treatment group and the control group, 25 casers each group,the treatment group selected the main acupoints including Baihui(DU20), Xinshu(BL15), Geshu(BL17) and Tianshu(ST25), and the combination acupoints containing Back shu points, Qihai(RN6), Guanyuan(RN4) and Guilai(KI12);the control group chose conventional needling method of Sishencong(EX-HN1), Sanyinjiao(SP6) and others. Both groups were treated for once each day, five times each week, improvement effective rate of sleep quality and PSQI scores were observed after treating for four weeks. Results: Improvement effective rate of sleep quality and PSQI scores of the treatment group and the control group after treating were 80.0%,(7.14±0.66) points and 76.0%,(8.27±0.63)points respectively, and the difference had no statistical meaning(P>0.05). The difference could be found in improvement of sleep quality between both groups in the three-month follow-up(Z=2.094, P <0.05). Conclusion:Tongyuanneedlingcouldimprovelong-termsleepqualityand reduce PSQI scores of the patients with primary insomnia.
