基于ODI评分的个体化护理对腰椎术后患者腰椎功能改善及疼痛的影响

Effects of Individualized Nursing Based on ODI Scores on Lumbar Function Improvement and Pain of the Patients after Lumbar Spine Surgery

目的:探讨基于ODI评分的个体化护理对腰椎术后患者腰椎功能改善及疼痛的影响。方法:选取2012年2月至2014年7月医院收治的行常规护理的腰椎术后患者45例作为对照组,另选取2014年8月至2017年10月医院收治的行基于ODI评分的个体化护理的腰椎术后患者45例作为观察组,比较2组患者护理前后腰椎功能改善、疼痛及生活质量变化情况。结果:护理1个月后观察组患者JOA评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);疼痛评分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);生理功能、生理职能、情感职能、活力、躯体疼痛、总体健康、精神健康、社会功能评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:基于ODI评分的个体化护理可有效改善腰椎术后患者腰椎功能,缓解疼痛,提高患者生活质量。

Objective: To investigate the effects of individualized nursing based on ODI score on lumbar function improvements and pain in patients with lumbar spine surgery. Methods: Forty-five patients who were hospitalized from February, 2012 to July, 2014 and accepted conventional nursing were chosen as the control group,another 45 patients who were admitted to our hospital from August, 2014 to October, 2017 and received individualized nursing based on ODI score were selected as the observation group, to compare lumbar function improvements,pain conditions and quality of life of the patients between both groups before and after nursing. Results: JOA scores of the observation group were significantly higher than these of the control group after nursing for one month(P<0.05);pain scores were lower than these of the control group, and the difference could be found(P<0.05);the scores of physical role, physiological function, emotional function, vitality, somatic pain, general health, mental health and social function were higher than these of the control group, and the differences showed statistical meaning(P<0.05).Conclusion: Individualized nursing based on ODI score could improve lumbar function, relieve pain and lift quality of life of the patients after lumbar spine surgery.
