胃癌术后实施中西医结合护理效果观察

Clinical Effects of Integrative Medicine Given to the Patients after the Surgery of Gastric Cancer

目的:观察胃癌术后实施中西医结合护理的临床效果。方法:将手术治疗的胃癌患者120例采用等距随机抽样法分为接受西医护理的对照组及接受中西医结合护理的观察组各60例,观察2组患者护理满意度、并发症发生率及肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、开始进食时间、排便时间。结果:观察组护理满意度高于对照组,并发症发生率低于对照组,肠鸣音恢复时间、排气时间、开始进食时间、排便时间短于对照组,2组比较差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:对胃癌术后患者实施中西医结合护理有助于降低患者并发症发生率,提高临床效果及患者对护理工作的满意度。

Objective: To observe clinical effects of integrative medicine given to the patients after the surgery of gastric cancer. Methods: All 120 patients were allocated to the control group who received Western medicine nursing,and the observation group who accepted integrative medicine nursing using isometric random sampling method, 60 cases each group, to observe nursing satisfactory degrees, the incidence of the complications and borborygmus recovery time, exhaust time, the time of beginning to eat and defecation time in both groups. Results: The observation group was higher than the control group in nursing satisfactory degree, lower than the control group in the incidence of the complications, shorter than the control group in borborygmus recovery time, exhaust time, the time of beginning to eat and defecation time, and the difference showed statistical meaning(P<0.05). Conclusion: The Implementation of integrative medicine for the patients after the surgery of gastric cancer could help reduce complication incidence, raise clinical effects and the patients’ satisfactory degree on nursing.
