灰分对沥青胶浆改性机理的研究 被引量:1

摘要 湖沥青中的灰分含量较为固定,其对湖沥青的性能有重要影响。为研究沥青胶浆中湖沥青的改性机理,将灰分,400目矿粉和600目矿粉(400目和600目筛孔上的石灰岩矿粉分别标识为400目矿粉和600目矿粉)三种填料分别进行集料表面能参数试验、比表面积试验和沥青表面能参数试验,通过获得的各项数据算出三种不同填料所制成沥青胶浆的粘附功,进而求出比粘附功,从比粘附功的角度来阐释灰分对沥青胶浆的改性机理。 The content of ash in TLA is fixed relatively,and ash has very important influence on performance on TLA.For studying modified work of matrix asphalt by ash,three kinds of fillers which include ash,400 mesh powder and 600 mesh powder(400 and 600 mesh sieve on limestone filler were identified as 400 mesh powder and 600 mesh powder)were introduced into parameters test,specific surface area test and asphalt surface energy parameter test aggregate surface,adhesion work through the data to calculate the three different filler made of asphalt mortar,and then calculated the ratio of the adhesion work,from the perspective of the adhesion work than the modification mechanism of interpretation of ash on asphalt mortar.
