封闭煤场钢结构腐蚀防护设计

摘要 论述了封闭煤场钢结构防腐设计的重要性。在对封闭煤场内部使用环境的特点分析的基础上,结合钢结构耐久性设计要求,分析了其结构选型原则和细部构造要求,并给出了设计防腐年限建议值。结合实际设计算例,给出了防腐设计方法;在对既有工程实际使用情况耐久性检测的基础上,验证了主体结构防腐设计方法,并指出了设计中容易忽视的既有封闭煤场围护结构腐蚀防护的严重性。 The importance of anti-corrosion design of steel structure in closed coal yard is discussed in this paper.Based on the analysis of the characteristics of the internal working environment of the closed coal yard,the structural type selection and structural requirements are analyzed,and the recommended value of the design anti-corrosion life is given.Combining with the actual design example,the paper gives the anticorrosive design method,verifies the main structure anticorrosive design method on the basis of testing the actual use of existing projects,and points out the seriousness of the corrosion protection of the enclosure structure of existing closed coal yard which is easily ignored in the design.
