摘要 以乌鲁木齐市某地铁车站邻近既有建筑物施工为例,采用岩土工程数值模拟的方法建立地层—结构模型,分析地铁工程施工建造对既有建筑物结构的影响,创新地运用结构安全裕度法确定既有建筑物的变形控制值,并结合设计和施工工程经验提出了相应的施工风险控制措施,计算结果得出既有结构最大差异沉降为3 mm,在地铁正常施工的情况下,既有建筑物是安全的。该工程研究提出的结构安全裕度法应用于地铁周边环境中建筑物安全风险评估是可行的,可为类似工程提供借鉴和参考。 In this paper,the author take the construction of a metro station in Urumqi adjacent to an existing building as an example,establishes a stratum-structure model by means of numerical simulation of geotechnical engineering to analysis the influence of metro construction near the structure of existing buildings,innovatively uses the structural safety margin method to determine the deformation control value of existing building,and put forward the corresponding construction risk control measures based on design and construction experience.The calculation results show that the maximum differential settlement of the existing structure is 3 mm.Under the normal construction of the subway,the existing building are safe.It is feasible to apply the structural safety margin method proposed in this paper to the safety risk assessment of buildings in the surrounding environment of metro,which can provide reference for similar projects.
