摘要
针对高速公路沥青路面反射裂缝难以根治的顽疾,根据自行开发新型沥青路面抗反射裂缝材料TKP应用于厦蓉高速公路改扩建工程漳州段实体工程。分别对TKP的处治方案、施工准备、现场施工以及后期性能检测等方面进行了系统的介绍,从在厦蓉高速公路改扩建工程漳州段实体工程应用效果看,TKP材料具有良好的高低温性能、粘结性能及追从性能,有效地抑制了沥青路面反射裂缝的继续发展,应用效果理想,具有广阔的应用前景。
In view of the persistent illness of reflective cracks in expressway asphalt pavement,this paper develops a new anti-reflective crack material TKP for expressway asphalt pavement and applies it to Zhangzhou section of Xiamen-Chengdu expressway reconstruction and extension project.This paper systematically introduces TKP treatment scheme,construction preparation,site construction and performance testing in the later stage.From the practical application effect in Zhangzhou section of Xiamen-Chengdu expressway reconstruction and extension project,TKP material has good high and low temperature performance,bonding performance and follow-up performance,which effectively restrains it.With the continuous development of reflective cracks in asphalt pavement,the application effect is ideal and has broad application prospects.
