医疗精准扶贫对农村留守老人健康状况的影响

The Effect of Medical Precision Poverty Alleviation on the Health Status of Rural Left-behind Elderly

目的了解医疗精准扶贫对该市农村留守老年人群健康状况的影响,提高老年人群生活质量。方法2018年3月—2019年2月通过问卷调查、实地走访,对南充市540名农村留守老人进行问卷调查研究。结果南充市农村留守老人在年龄、医疗服务、经济、文化等方面与其健康状况和生活质量密切相关,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论年龄、医疗服务、经济、文化等因素影响着农村留守老年人群的健康状况和生活质量,该市精准医疗扶贫的举措,对农村地区医疗卫生条件和留守老年人群的健康状况有较大提升。

Objective To understand the impact of medical precision poverty alleviation on the health status of rural left-behind elderly people in the city and improve the quality of life of the elderly.Methods A questionnaire survey from March 2018 to February 2019 was conducted on 540 rural left-behind elderly people in Nanchong City through questionnaires and field visits.Results The rural left-behind elderly in Nanchong City were closely related to their health status and quality of life in terms of age,medical services,economy and culture,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion Age,medical services,economy,culture and other factors affect the health status and quality of life of rural left-behind elderly people.The city's measures for precision medicine and poverty alleviation have greatly improved the medical conditions in rural areas and the health status of the left-behind elderly.
